Return Policy
At Emporium Moda, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Products must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
